Yet another Swedish government investigation shows that there is a need for other forms of ownership than condominiums that create greater opportunities for more people to own their homes without the risks that the investigation points to.
On July 1, 2022, the inquiry Bostadsrättsregisterinvestigen was reported in the report “A register for all condominiums”. The investigator points to clear risks for Swedish condominium owners.
