At the Extraordinary General Meeting on October 23, 2021, Lena Eriksson Åshuvud was elected new Chairman of the Board of JAK Medlemsbank. The bank is subject to Finansinspektionen’s supervision. The board’s ten members has been elected by the general meeting and are responsible for the member bank’s organization and management of its affairs.
